One of the Founder Master Chef Manjeet Singh was always believed in practicing best customer services and delivering satisfactory quality of food. Manjeet Singh’s Brother Dashmesh Singh owns intellectual taste and liking to ornate the palate pride fully.

NOW, Chef Dashmesh Singh one of the Brother is keen to continue the legacy of VALUES, BELIEFS and SERVICES for yet another BANG with a new launch of SPICE MANTRA in Melbourne. During the journey of 2 decades Chef Manjeet Singh and Chef Dashmesh Singh Restaurants were awarded the best Indian Restaurant by South Restaurant Association in South Australia for four continues years in a row in Adelaide. Additionally the Restaurant was listed in the Travel book named LONELY PLANET. To add on the Restaurant was advertised in Adelaide review Newspapers with the title given as THE HOTTEST TICKET IN THE TOWN.
